Cathy Sharp is a visionary advertising professional who has spent over two decades shaping the industry with creativity and compassion. As the founder of CTA Media, she has established a reputation for innovative, client-centric strategies that deliver exceptional results across diverse industries.
Cathy’s professional drive took on a deeper purpose when her son, Raine, was diagnosed with autism at age two. In 2023, she co-founded Give Me A Voice (formerly Spectrum 360) to ensure the neurodivergent community is not just supported, but heard. Cathy is a dedicated advocate, committed to "moving mountains" so that Raine and others like him have the independence and limitless options they deserve.
Beyond the spreadsheets and strategies, Cathy is a beacon of hope for families navigating similar paths. She understands that behind every diagnosis is a vibrant individual with a story to tell.
Her work is driven by the simple, profound goal of ensuring no voice goes unheard. As she leads Give Me A Voice, Cathy remains dedicated to moving mountains, one story at a time, until every child has the opportunity to thrive with dignity, joy, and a voice of their own. Michele Palcau
Executive Director, Give Me A Voice
Michele Palcau brings professional expertise and deeply personal passion to her role as Executive Director of Give Me A Voice (formerly Spectrum 360). Inspired by her nephew, she is dedicated to advancing the Foundation’s mission by amplifying the voices of families affected by autism and related disabilities.
Alongside her sister, Co-Founder Cathy Sharp, Michele oversees daily operations and strategic growth. Drawing on her background in economics and leadership experience as Vice President at CTA Media, she blends business acumen with a heartfelt commitment to creating a lasting, community-guided impact.
Driven and ambitious, Michele is motivated by her love for family and community. She is proud to lead Give Me A Voice in creating opportunities, raising awareness, and ensuring the lived experiences of those we serve shape a brighter, more inclusive future.
