This charitable drawing by chance (“Raffle”) is conducted by Give Me A Voice, Inc. (“Organization”), a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Principal place of business: 15567 74th Ave N, West Palm Beach, FL 33418
EIN: 93-3039345
Florida charitable solicitation registration number: CH76941

Representative’s mailing address: 15567 74th Ave N, West Palm Beach, FL 33418

The Raffle is operated and managed exclusively by officers or employees of the Organization. Debt.com is the presenting sponsor and prize donor; it does not operate or manage the Raffle or select the winner. No outside promoter or for-profit entity controls the drawing.

2. Charitable Purpose

Funds raised support Give Me A Voice’s programs for children with autism and their families, including assistance toward the cost of a full-time nurse at The Learning Center, support for autism-focused schools, parent education and support groups, and family assistance.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be legal residents of Florida and at least 18 years old when entering.

The Organization’s officers and employees involved in administering the Raffle or selecting the winner, and their immediate family members and household members, are ineligible. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouses of those individuals.

Proof of age, identity, and Florida residency may be required before a prize is delivered. Eligibility requirements apply equally to entrants who contribute and entrants who do not contribute.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning September 14th at 9 AM EST and must be received by January 22nd at 7:45 PM EST.

The same receipt deadline applies to all entry methods. Mail entries must be received by the deadline; a postmark alone does not establish timely receipt.

5. How to Enter

Suggested voluntary donation: $10 per entry. No donation is required.

Entry with a voluntary donation: Eligible entrants may request entries through the Organization’s designated Givebutter raffle listing or from an authorized officer or employee of the Organization. Entrants must provide their full name, mailing address, and at least one reliable method of contact.

Entry without a donation: Eligible entrants may request free entries by emailing cathy@givemeavoice.org, or mailing a written request to 15567 74th Ave N, West Palm Beach, FL 33418, attention: Raffle Entries.

A free-entry request must include:

  • The entrant’s full name and Florida mailing address.

  • An email address or telephone number for winner notification.

  • Confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old.

  • The number of entries requested.

  • The statement: “Please enter me in the New Car Raffle Presented by Debt.com without a contribution.”

No event admission purchase, donation, platform tip, or processing payment to the Organization is required to obtain free entries.

Entry limits: no per-person limit

Any entry limit applies equally regardless of whether a donation is made. Free entrants may request the same number of entries available to contributing entrants, subject to the same limits and deadline.

Each valid entry receives a unique entry number and is included in the same drawing. Entries will not be distinguished, given preference, or rejected because an entrant did or did not contribute.

Purchasing admission to the fundraising event does not automatically provide a raffle entry unless an entry is separately requested and issued.

6. Prize and Source of Prize Funding

One grand prize will be awarded. The verified winner may choose either:

A. A two-year vehicle lease

  • Vehicle:2027 Hyundai Kona SE

  • Mileage allowance: 10,000 per year (20,000 miles total over 24 months)

  • Winner-paid costs: not covered: excess mileage, excess wear, disposition fees.

  • Vehicle delivery or pickup arrangements: Dealer pickup or delivery to home within 100 miles.

  • End-of-lease obligations: Must be returned to a valid Hyundai dealer and obtain an odometer statement upon return.

The prize is a lease benefit, not ownership of the vehicle. The winner must satisfy the disclosed leasing requirements to receive the lease.

OR

B. An $11,000 cash prize

The winner may elect $11,000 in cash instead of the vehicle lease. This is the gross prize amount before any legally required tax withholding. The winner receives one prize option, not both.

If the winner cannot satisfy the disclosed lease requirements, the winner may choose the cash option.

Prize source: Debt.com is donating the vehicle lease benefit. The $11,000 cash alternative is funded by Debt.com. Prize availability is not contingent on raffle contributions or achievement of a fundraising goal.

7. Drawing and Odds

The drawing will take place on January 22, 2027, at 7:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at Kemistry Nightclub, 307 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.

The drawing will be livestreamed through the Organization’s designated Givebutter raffle page.

An authorized officer or employee of the Organization will randomly select one winning entry from all eligible entries using https://wheelofnames.com/. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of selection.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. For a single grand prize, each entry’s chance of winning is one divided by the total number of eligible entries.

The winner need not be present or watch the livestream to win. Event attendance is not required.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Award

The Organization will promptly notify the selected entrant using the contact information supplied with the entry.

The selected entrant must respond within 5 calendar days after notification and provide reasonable documentation establishing eligibility, along with any information required for tax reporting and prize delivery.

The verified winner must select the lease or cash option in writing within 5 calendar days after eligibility is confirmed.

Prize award and fulfillment: The prize will be awarded at Debt.com location on within 5 business days of confirmation of winning. The cash option will be delivered by check; the lease option will be fulfilled through Motorbreeze, located at 8004 NW 154th Street #359, Miami Lakes, FL 33016.

If the selected entrant is ineligible, declines both prize options, or fails to respond within the stated period despite documented notification attempts, the Organization will randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries using the same procedure. This process will continue until the prize is awarded.

An entrant will not be disqualified for declining to donate or purchase event admission.

9. Taxes and Reporting

The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

The Organization will report the prize and withhold taxes as required by the law in effect when the prize is awarded, including issuing Form W-2G or another applicable tax form.

The winner must provide the taxpayer identification information and documentation required for lawful reporting and withholding.

For the cash option, required withholding will be deducted from the gross prize. For the lease option, any amount the winner must provide to satisfy legally required withholding will be disclosed before prize acceptance. The winner may instead elect the cash option.

Amounts paid for raffle tickets or chances to win are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

10. Drawing Will Not Be Cancelled

The Raffle will not be cancelled. The drawing and prize award are not dependent on a minimum number of entries, a minimum amount of contributions, or achievement of a fundraising goal.

The Organization will award the advertised prize regardless of the amount raised. Cancellation or modification of the associated fundraising event does not cancel the Raffle.

11. Entry Integrity and Administration

Entries must contain accurate information and comply with the eligibility requirements, entry deadline, and uniformly applied entry limits.

The Organization may reject entries shown to be fraudulent, submitted under a false identity, received after the deadline, or otherwise objectively ineligible under these Rules. Entries will not be arbitrarily rejected or treated differently based on contribution status.

The Organization will maintain entry and drawing records and administer the Raffle fairly. Administrative decisions remain subject to applicable law.

12. Privacy

Entrant information will be used to administer the Raffle, verify eligibility, notify the winner, deliver the prize, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

Entering does not require consent to marketing communications. Taxpayer identification information will be requested securely from the selected winner and will not be published.

The Organization may announce the verified winner’s name and city of residence, subject to applicable law. Participation in advertising, photographs, or promotional testimonials is not a condition of receiving the prize.

13. Governing Law

The Raffle is governed by applicable Florida law, including Section 849.0935, Florida Statutes, and applicable provisions of Chapter 496, Florida Statutes.

These Rules apply to the same Raffle wherever it is promoted, including the Organization’s event and raffle landing pages.

Nothing in these Rules authorizes cancellation of the drawing, failure to award the prize, discrimination against noncontributing entrants, or waiver of any right protected by law.
